  1. Booking policy:

To reserve the rental of a boat or nautical event, ESCOLA PORT | NAUTICA will send a budget to the agency and, once accepted by the client, the agency will have to make the 50% payment as a reservation.

The remainder of the payment will be made one week before boarding if it is an event with several boats, or the day prior to the navigation plan, if it is a rental of a single boat.

 

  1. Cancellation policy:

ESCOLA PORT | NAUTICA keeps the right to cancel the charter due to adverse weather, only when the Maritime Authority prohibits navigation. Inadequate weather conditions are understood to be those that do not allow safe navigation for participants in the event. In these circumstances, the Maritime Captainship issues communication recommending non-navigation. In this case, the client will have the right to obtain refund 100% of the total amount paid.

If the change of date is proposed by the customer, who prefers to cancel the event and does not agree to change the date in common agreement with ESCOLA PORT | NAUTICA, the customer will lose the reservation amount (50% of the payment). In case of having made the entire payment, there will be a refund of the 50%.

ESCOLA PORT | NAUTICA also offers all its customers the possibility of hiring a cancellation insurance for the event or the navigation entry, which provides greater coverage.

In order to make the reservation, you need to pay 50% of the total amount by bank transfer to the account number: IBAN ES74 0049 1548 6221 1019 3087 (Santander) a name of Expomarine & Boats SL. The rest will be paid one week before the event.
